Veena Potla

Veena Potla is a contemporary painter known for her vibrant and emotive abstract works. Veena’s artistic journey began during Covid, at the age of 40. After being inspired by Fine Arts, Veena embarked on a path of experimentation and self-discovery. Her early works were characterized by a fusion of bold colors and dynamic pour paint abstracts. Over the years, Veena’s style evolved, delving into a more introspective realm and reflecting it into the mandalas, that is closer to her home and heart.

Beyond her canvases, Veena is a passionate advocate for humanity. In the past, she had been donating all  the profits from her art work to support local non profit org, Food4lives.org, that serves thousands of homeless friends in Atlanta and surrounding areas.

COURTENAY PUCKETT

Courtenay combines fabric, paper, acrylic ink, acrylic paint, and drawing materials such as charcoal, graphite, oil sticks, and conte crayons into abstracted compositions on canvas or paper. Working in layers between foreground and background, she produces shapes and marks that correspond to the themes within each piece.

Courtenay typically uses symbolism to discuss Biblical themes such as redemption, hope, depravity, salvation, and peace. "I meld subject matter, color, and artifacts to invite viewers to engage with moments of simple beauty, shared experiences, and the One who made it all. I strive to make faith visible through my artwork."
